Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, producing super premium low yielding fruit for use in select labels. A small portion of the crop is retained by Ross and Trish Baldwin for their own Whitsend label. They do not make wine every year, preferring to concentrate on the great years. 2004 Cabernet is a great wine. Rated 94 points in the 2007 James Halliday Wine Companion

Soft acid, new French oak, which shows forward as vanilla flavours. Citrus fruits and apples. Subtle acid treatment. A great wine to have as an aperitif or with white meat.
