Peter and Jana Prygodicz welcome you to 12 Acres Winery. This tiny winery is an oasis for red wine lovers set in the gold and ironbark hills of Bailieston in Central Victoria. We pride ourselves on giving a unique wine experience to our customers - wines we enjoy ourselves with our evening meal.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon (2002)
Red Wine : Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep purple red colour. Aromas of plum and cherry with liqueur chocolate and a touch of spice. These are also evident on a smooth, creamy palate. The wine has a lingering, fruity finish.

Red Wine : Merlot

The wine has cinnamon, plum and cherry aromas. A good balance of acid, fruit and alcohol produce a soft wine, yet rich in flavour. This merlot goes well with all types of foods. Good drinking now, until 2010

Aromas of pepper and sweet, plummy fruit. The fruit extends to rich, velvety flavours which linger on. Years of barrel ageing have mellowed this wine, so that it can be drunk with most foods.
