Chris and Kathryn Bourke are at Millthorpe near Orange in NSW. They make a single vineyard bottle aged dry red. The cool continental climate of their high altitude site is similar to eastern France and produces aged Cabernet Shiraz of great elegance and intensity. Traditional hand crafted techniques are used by these vignerons who do it all by themselves.
