Rich and refreshing with black cherry and tobacco leaf and ripe tomato flavour mellowed with French oak. With soft tannins this wine is suited to many and various foods.

White Wine : Pinot Gris

This is a rich food style of wine matured in old oak barriques for 12 months on lees. It delivers a generous array of flavours including spice pear, paw paw, custard apple, and rich earthy flavours. A rich full bodied wine with a big texture.

A dry style with wonderful zesty lime and citrus characters. Good natural acid carries the fruit to a dry crisp finish. This is a fine example of a cool climate Victoria Riesling which will also age gracefully.
