Established in 1998, Parish Hill Wines produces premium wines from their vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. With only a small quantity of each wine available, you will need to be quick to ensure that your wine is not sold out. The Italian vines are perfectly suited to the terroir and climate, which means that you get to enjoy premium wine from the boutique range. The warm days and cool nights help to create full fruit flavours and gentle tannins. Parish Hill’s philosophy on wine is that great wine starts with the vineyard and no expense has been spared in creating the right environment. Minimal irrigation is used and beneficial insects have been introduced. The vines are gently nurtured by hand from planting to picking and pruning. The flavours and aromas nurtured in the vines are conserved in the wine making process with final bottling using screw caps as apposed to corks, allowing the wine to develop further in the bottle.
