About Telarah Wines
As you well know, cool climate wines possess a unique and compelling flavour and aroma all their own. If that is what you are searching for then you have arrived at the right winery. Telarah Wines is a winery that specialises in producing cool climate wines. It is situated on the Bylands Plateau on the Great Dividing Range, just three kilometres south of Kilmore, Victoria. The grapes are harvested late and processed externally under the ever watchful eyes of vigneron, Brendan Woodley. Renowned for their unique flavour, these cool climate wines benefit from longer ripening late in the season. The vineyards were planted in 1997 and the results of these efforts are now beginning to show. The ranges consist of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Shiraz. These wines come from our grapes that are at an altitude of four hundred metres which results in a slow growing season which imparts delicious flavours and aromas that we ensure are carried over into every bottle. Order some today and you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavour of these great wines.
