Sitting amongst acres of rejuvenated bush and wetland, this is a haven in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Bluestones have been synonymous with the Poulter family for the past 25 years and family have renovated many of the Bluestone lanes around Melbourne. Their love of the historic stones and their passion for cool climate wines has resulted in a beautiful vineyard where Bluestones take pride of place amongst the vines. The wines that are produced here are indeed a reflection of this family’s soul and you will enjoy each and every glass.
