About Delatite Wines

Established in 1982, Delatite Winery is located in an ideal position to specialise in cool climate wines. Of particular interest are the aromatics for which they are well known. Situated in the high country of Victoria, this delightful boutique winery produces some of Australia’s best aromatic varietals being Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer. The vineyards have been in the care of the Ritchie family since the late nineteenth century and they take their custody of the land seriously, following biodynamic practices across all their vineyard operations. In December 2009 we moved our Cellar Door into the township of Mansfield along with our office. It was a bold move but a good one.Award winning wines are the order of the day and you will find a good many amongst the list of available vintages. Select your wine carefully as you will want to ensure that you have sufficient quantity to satisfy your guests, for once they have tasted the quality and inhaled the aroma you will find them coming back for more.
