About Red Earth Estate
It is often true that quality, premium wines come from the smaller boutique wineries and this is surely true of Red Earth Estate. This small, 6 hectare vineyard and modern winery currently crush about 100 tonnes of grapes annually. Located in the heart of New South Wales at Dubbo, a popular tourist destination, the winery is in the Macquarie Wine Region. Since 2001, the vineyard has been producing premium grapes. The hot, dry air and northerly aspect together with a gently sloping vineyard provide good drainage and ideal soils for cultivation. Only estate grapes are used to produce the Red Earth Estate wines and the hands-on approach to wine making has resulted award winning wines year after year.
