Whitsend Estate is located in the heart of the Yarra Valley region. Known for producing stunning wines, the grapes are super premium, low yield fruit that are earmarked for only the choicest wines labels. Ross and Trish Baldwin retain a small quantity of the crop for their own Whitsend label which makes these wines an exclusive and difficult to come by range. Being very selective, they are very fussy about quality and only make wine in the years where the harvest is particularly superb. A case in point is the 2004 Cabernet.
