Review:	Jarvis Estate is the home of Matt & Jackie Jarvis and all of the fruit used in this wine was grown on their home vineyard in the sub-region of Bramley – a unique area in the centre of the Margaret River appellation. 2006 saw a cool start to the year, but a burst of autumn sunshine allowed for the low yielding vines to fully ripen before harvest. The fruit exhibits dark berry characters with a touch more pepper and spice than previous years due to the cool and extended ripening season. Matured in French oak this elegant Shiraz is suitable to enjoy now or cellar for 10 to 15 years.
