At the cool western edge of the Snowy Mountains, Tumbarumba is the perfect location to tame the Cabernet sauvignon and create something distinctly Australian. The climate and soil of the region creates a wine that provides an intensely fresh fruit experience. You will very pleased with this fine, well balanced Cabernet that demonstrates the effect that local wine districts have on traditionally stodgy varietals.
