Petite Verdot and Cabernet blend very nicely to create a complex palate. The Petite Verdot brings velvety leather tones to the rich berry and powerfully pepper Cabernet bases. This can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes but is perhaps best paired with appetizers, such as the strong Camembert or a sharp cheddar.
