Winemakers Comments and Tasting Notes

As you pour a glass of this Chardonnay, you will appreciate the subtle aromas rooted in a mixture of pears and citrusy lemon. With just a small sip, the creamy hazelnut and vanilla oak flavours will satisfy and move to a long, soft finish in acacia. Enjoy this chardonnay with a smoked salmon appetizer and then continue with it; on to the pork or chicken entree in creamy sauce.
