Crafted from grapes sourced in the foot hills of the Tumbarumba wine district, you will be forgiven for keeping this little secret to yourself. From the deep colour to the first whiff of bouquet, you’ll recognise this as a wonderful example of the cool climate Cabernet. 3 years of gentle aging in oak has rounded the palate for an easy going yet sophisticated wine. You will enjoy this wine with Italian cuisine be it pasta, beef or lamb. Your guests will enjoy its lively character and you should order now as quantities are limited. This is a wine that will age well over the next 2 to 5 years.
