Delivery Costs
As an online network of independent wineries, BoutiqueWineries.com.au does not warehouse wine inventory, but rather facilitates the shipment of wine directly from our exclusive boutique wineries to you.
As each winery sets their own delivery costs, you will notice differences in delivery charges for each supplier.
Costs for delivery vary depending on which winery you order wine from and your delivery address. To find the delivery
costs for each winery, see the winery's "Delivery Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of each winery and wine page.
Tips to reduce your Delivery Costs:
- Buy local: Choose wines from a winery in the same area as your delivery destination for overall lower delivery costs.
You can search by wine region with our Multiple Selection Search.
- Select wineries that offer free delivery for orders above a pre-defined value. To find these wineries go to Search By Offerings.
Delivery Times
Each winery chooses their preferred and trusted courier service to safely deliver your wine to you. However, we do find
that most wineries trust Australia Post.
Each wine delivery can be tracked, so if required, we can locate your wine delivery quickly and easily, giving you total
peace of mind.
Delivery does vary depending on your delivery address and from which winery you ordered. As a guide, the following delivery
times apply:

All our wineries allow two days to dispatch an order to you, before the delivery time is effective. This gives them time to ensure
that you receive exactly what you ordered.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee your delivery times. They are only estimates based on the couriers' delivery times, and do not include weekends or public holidays as well as any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If you have any questions or concerns about delivery of your order, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to resolve
it to your satisfaction.
Delivery Address
When ordering you can provide specific delivery instructions for the courier, e.g. "if not at home leave wine at
back door behind the pot plant".
However if you know you are not going to be home during the day it is preferable that you
make alternative delivery arrangements, e.g.
arrange for delivery to a friend, relative or neighbour; or get the wine delivered to your work.
That way you will have total piece of mind that your wine will arrive safely.
