Whitsend Estate - Yarra Valley, Victoria

Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, producing super premium low yielding fruit for use in select labels.

A small portion of the crop is retained by Ross and Trish Baldwin for their own Whitsend label. They do not make wine every year, preferring to concentrate on the great years. 2004 Cabernet is a great wine. Rated 94 points in the 2007 James Halliday Wine Companion

Whitsend Chardonnay (2005)

Soft acid, new French oak, which shows forward as vanilla flavours. Citrus fruits and apples. Subtle acid treatment. A great wine to have as an aperitif or with white meat.

Winbourne Wines - Hunter Valley, New South Wales

The Winbourne vineyard was planted between 1996 and 1999 and now comprises 143 acres of beautiful healthy vines.

The vineyard comprises the Winbourne block and the Melness Block. Recognised Hunter varieties of Semillon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz are grown.

Winbourne Chardonnay (2001)

Excellent fruit flavour enhanced by exposure to French and American oak and a light secondary fermentation. Full middle palate and a buttery finish. A wine with fruit characteristics distinctive of our vineyard.

Winbourne Estate Petit Verdot (2005)

Deep coloured, rich full bodied red wine. Good tannins enhanced by time in small oak casks. Hint of vanilla. Full palate.
