Stonebrook Estate - Margaret River, Western Australia

Stonebrook Estate is superbly positioned at the northern end of the world renowned Margaret River Wine Region. Station Gully Cabernet Merlot (2003)

70% Cabernet; 30% Merlot Exciting flavours of blackcurrant and red berry Cabernet Sauvignon with the smoothness and intensity of premium Merlot.Beutifull drinking. A medium weight and beautifully balanced drinking wine.It has aged very gracefully.

Small Block Wooded Chardonnay (2004)

"2003 A Mighty Impressive Chardonnay" Ray Jordan - Wine Guide 2004/5 2004 90's club member90/100-tasted 2003 and this year improved a notchor two. 2005 released June 2006 and is our best yet! This exclusive wine is full bodied, barrel fermented showing good varietal intensity. A nutty, citris and grapefruit mix with Caramel overtones. A traditional Margaret River fine wine!

Sittella Wines - Swan District, Western Australia

Founded in 1998, Sittella is one of Western Australia's newest, privately owned wineries. Owners Simon and Maaike Berns have the support of an enthusiastic team of professionals to create and produce high quality traditional wine styles, from both their own and contract vineyards throughout the Swan Valley and Margaret River Region. Chenin Blanc (2004)

Fruit sourced from un-irrigated Swan Valley vines, displays tropical fruit aromas and flavours. The ripe fruit-salad characters are balanced with fresh acidity, to produce a semi-sweet wine with a crisp acid finish

Muscat Alexandria (2004)

This wine displays rose petal and orange blossom characters which are balanced with tight acidity to produce a luscious, sweet dessert wine.

Springviews Wine - Great Southern, Western Australia

Springviews vineyard has been owned & run by Andy & Alice Colquhoun for the past 18 years and is situated in the cool climate of the Great Southern region of W.A. The wines are something special & a pleasure to drink. The antioxidant compound resveratrol in our unoaked Cab. Sauv. is a big plus.

Springviews Cabernet Sauvignon (2003)

Superb berry flavours with a hint of chocolate, the tannins & oak maturation give this wine good cellaring potential.

Springviews Unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon (2004)

An easy drinking, fresh, berry flavoured wine.
