Oakway Estate - Geographe, Western Australia

Oakway Estate's vineyard is situated on the slopes of the Capel River near Donnybrook in the South West of Western Australia. Known as the Geographe Region, the vineyard has Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay grape varieties. It has been producing commercial wines since 2002.

Oakway Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (2005)

Grown on the sunny slopes of the Capel River and matured in French Oak, this wine exhibits characteristics of cherry and mocha.

Oakway Estate Chardonnay (2006)

An elegant wine with aromas of melon, honey and spice. The palate offers peach and honey dew melon with a long, crisp finish.

Naked Range Wines - Yarra Valley, Victoria

Jansz Estate – home of Naked Range Wines, was established in 1995 in Smiths Gully, located on the western fringe of the Yarra Valley, Victoria. The attraction of this area to wine makers comes from the natural combination of a cool yearly climate and the poor gravelly clay soils.

Duet Classic White 2000

The wine is a blend of premium white grape varieties sourced from selected vineyards in the Yarra Valley. Chardonnay is the predominant variety, with 25% Sauvignon Blanc. The 2000 vintage was warm and dry. Good summer rains maintained healthy vines right throughout the growing season. The result is a well-balanced, crisp wine that can be consumed with a variety of foods. The aroma has lifted tropical fruit characters and finishes clean and crisp. Enjoy this wine chilled as it reflects the true nature of Australia: warm, bright and full of energy.

Naked Range Chardonnay 2001

Chardonnay is one variety best suited to the Yarra Valley climate. The area produces tightly structured wines that often have the ability age well. The 2001 Chardonnay is the result of a warmer than average year, producing a wine that has plenty of fruit richness and ripe characters. Deep straw in colour with vibrant green tinges. Oak plays a minor part in this wine. This is a fruit driven chardonnay. The nose displays an abundance of stone fruit and juicy pineapple characteristics. The palate reveals some interesting sherbet like complexities, coupled with succulent melon flavours.

Norse Wines is a small family operated winery. We specialize is the production of award winning Queensland wines. We produce a range of red and white table wines, and a range of fortified wines for which we are gaining national renown.

Bin-14 (2002)

Burnt brick red coloured wine with berries and peppery leather aromas. This wine has a good concentration of tannins and a long finish. Will age well for 3-5yrs

Norse Gold - Liqueured Mead

Norse Gold is a liqueured mead; sweet, luscious and alcoholic. With honey sourced from the Mangroves of the Queensland coast north of Bundaberg, this wine reflects the power of the ocean with its strong honey flavour and hint of salt on the palate. Enjoy chilled with your after dinner coffee and surprise yourself with this wine's more than a hint of gold. Norse Gold has a distinct aroma of honey with hints of spices. This liqueur is sweet and has an almost syrupy mouth feel finishing with a pleasant alcohol heat. The added 23K gold fakes add a real sense of decadence to the drinking experience. Colour: Pale gold with glints of actual gold.
