Moothi Mud Cabernet Sauvignon (2002)

Intense blackcurrent fruits with a toasty vanillin nut lift from new oak maturation and long fine tannins to ignite a smokey mid-palate. The wine displays well defined fruit as well as retaining a good depth and definition that perfectly compliments lamb and Asian cuisines.

Moothi Mud Shiraz (2002)

Ripe rich dark fruits, hints of spice and aniseed with an additional vanilla lift as a result of the new oak maturation. This complex wine has a good balance of natural acidity and fine tannins giving great taste and flavour persistance that perfectly compliments beef and pasta cuisines.
