Today I'm reviewing a nice Cabernet Rosé from Milhinch Wines, Barossa Valley, South Australia. It's a 2004 Cabernet Rosé from Milhinch Wines. It has a fruity zing and solid medium pallet. On the label is:

Made from hand picked premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our Seppeltsfield vineyard, the wine is a vibrant crimson colour with fragrant berry aromas, rich flavoursome wild summer berry fruit flavours with leafy notes, and has a zesty lingering finish.
To be enjoyed at any time, on any occasion, especially sitting in the shade on a warm sunny day.
As for our label - what better way to start the day!

This ready to drink wine is even more assessable with the screw top Stelvin seal it comes in. On the nose it has a vibrant aroma of raspberries and black currents with a faint hint of watermelon. It is a fruity drink but not over powering. It has a medium pallet on the tongue, with a meaty zing to freshen up after a pasta or seafood meal. Very enjoyable. It could be the Ribena® for adults - berry juice with a kick!

Milhinch Wines are produced by esteemed wine maker Peter Milhinch made from premium grapes grown on the 10 acre vineyard at Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley of Kooringa Vineyard Seppeltsfield. They established in 2003.
