... namely from BoutiqueWineries. I don't know about you, but the days between Boxing Day and New Years Eve are for me the days when I look back. Year 2007, what did I do right and what did I do wrong. And only with looking back, you can look ahead and plan your goals for 2008, avoiding doing the same mistakes again and again.
On one of these evenings a nice bottle of Shiraz from Falls Wines joined me. Falls Vineyard was established in 1996 and is situated in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales. The 2002 Vintage Shiraz "Squatter's Ghost" is a award winner from 2004: Runner up 'Best Young Red Wine' NSW Wine Awards 2004, conducted by NSW Wine Industry Association and 1 Bronze Medal 2004 at Cowra Regional Wine Show. Robert Black, Falls Wines' winemaker describes the wine as:
This wine reminded me of one good thing I did 2007, I joined the team from BoutiqueWineries. I really enjoy being surrounded by passionated and fun loving people. Therefore, I will keep reflecting my days, because I like to move ahead and I like to have a glas of good australian wine as well ;o) ... how about you? Robert Black, Falls Wines' winemaker describes the wine as: A carefully structured wine displaying a deep red hue with a bouquet of plum and cherry with hints of spice. The full palate exhibits raspberry, blackberry and cherry characters with subtle toasty American oak, soft tannins and good length.
